G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative
Anyone looking for internship opportunities during the height of the 2020 pandemic had the door slammed in their face. 100 Roses From Concrete cracked that door wide open by creating the G.R.O.W.T.H. Initiative, a virtual program for students and recent grads interested in advertising. Fellows were divided into their own “agency,” each assigned a nonprofit client.
As creative directors, Carlos and I oversaw the teams in every step of the creative process, from campaign concepting to finalizing their 30-second PSAs for TV broadcast. We’ve been crazy enough to volunteer again every summer since.
